Ordering & Delivery

How do I order something in the LTB Jeans webshop?

In 3 easy steps:

  1. Place an item (or more) in your shopping cart and go to order.
  2. Check and arrange your order. Fill in your address of delivery and thick all the required boxes.
  3. Finish your order by paying. During checkout you can choose from different payment methods.

 

Tips:

  • If you don't have an account yet, you can create one when ordering. Our employees cannot place an order by telephone for you.
  • If you have a problem while ordering, please clear your cookies in your browser and try again. Instructions for deleting cookies can be found in our cookie policy
  • Would you like to place an order for larger quantities? In that case, request a quote.

 

How soon will I receive an order

If you order before 4 p.m. on working days and live in the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order the next day. If you live outside the Netherlands, take a look at the table below for the extra delivery time

Nothing is more important than the delivery time. We do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we will inform you. Keep an eye on your Track&Trace for the most up-to-date information.

There are of course some exceptions. We have listed them for you below.

 

Who delivers my order?

LTB Jeans works with UPS worldwide.

 

Saturday delivery

UPS delivers on Saturdays to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom.Do you want to have your package at home on Saturday? Then choose in the checkout to pick up your package at a UPS Access Point. You can choose from more than 17,000 UPS Access Points in the 8 different countries where you can pick up your package. This way you can pick up your package when it suits you best. 

 

The exceptions: why does it sometimes take a little longer?

  • If you order something on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive it on Tuesday.
  • The delivery times differ if you live on a Wadden Island. It may take one or two days longer. Below you will find the delivery schedule.
  • If we are too busy, we adjust our delivery times. This can happen around the holidays, for example.
  • We do not deliver on public holidays. 

 

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your article will be on its way for longer. This table is a good guideline:

Which delivery options can I choose?
We offer worldwide delivery. We will deliver your order to your home or to an alternative address. When you pay for your order, you can change the delivery address or enter a new address.

Shipping is always free for every order from €50. For orders under €50, we charge €3.95 shipping costs.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. For example, if you order on Friday before 4 p.m., you will receive your order on Saturday. And if you order on Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been collected from our warehouse by UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link to track your package online via the ups.com website.

Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to work.It is often updated by UPS around midnight once your package has been processed at the UPS sorting center. 

 

Was my order successful because I did not receive a confirmation?

Has the payment been completed and debited from your bank account? Then it worked.

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we'll automatically refund you.

 

Can I still change the order I have already placed?

No, to protect your data, an order can no longer be adjusted. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting customer service.

Once your order has been shipped, you can return it or refuse it at the door.

 

What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item multiple times?
